Gee Graphite owes its existence and success to the vision of Colin Gee and Alan Marriott. They recognised the growing need for gasket materials that were total asbestos-free and in 1989, provided the answer through the founding of Gee Graphite Ltd. From humble beginnings in a small factory of less than 1000 square feet Gee graphite began to suply a growing customer base with a range of asbestos-free gasket materials. As the company's name indicates the solution was to use natural graphite as the base material. Once treated and processed, the high purity graphite becomes a soft and flexible foil. This foil has excellent chemical resistance, is non-toxic and operates in a temperature range from -200 Deg C to +3000 Deg C.
